Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) ideally.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, and Iris is advantageous).
• Solid audit experience, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent analytical skills with a commercial approach to assignments.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience in audit and accounts preparation.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accounts for statutory, management, and ad hoc purposes.
• Planning, budgeting, finalising audit files, and managing the audit process efficiently.
• Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Delegating and overseeing work, providing learning strategies for trainees.
• Mentoring and supporting trainees.
• Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities or improvements for clients by challenging methodologies.
• Supporting Managers and Partners with their portfolios and special projects.
