Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) ideally.
• Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks and IRIS advantageous.
• Solid audit experience or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Preparing accounts for statutory, management, and ad hoc purposes.
• Planning, budgeting, finalising audit files, and managing the audit process efficiently.
• Collaborating with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Delegating and overseeing work, providing learning strategies for trainees.
• Mentoring and supporting trainees.
• Identifying potential cost-saving opportunities or improvements for clients by challenging existing methodologies.
• Supporting Managers and Partners with their portfolios and special projects.
