Clark Wood Limited in High Wycombe is partnering with a large regional firm to recruit an Audit & Accounts Senior. The role offers diverse work across audit, accounts, tax and advisory services for SMEs, OMBs, charities and international groups.

You will lead audits, manage client relationships, review junior staff, and contribute to business development in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification and practical audit experience.
• Strong accounts preparation and tax experience.
• Excellent technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Experience with SMEs, OMBs, charities, AIM-listed and international groups.
• Client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning and leading audit assignments from scoping to completion.
• Assessing audit risks, materiality, and testing programs.
• Fieldwork, documenting key findings and judgments.
• Prepare statutory accounts for various entity types.
• Prepare CT returns and provide business advisory input.
• Mentor junior team members and manage client relationships.
