Job Overview
Senior Audiologist/Clinical Scientist - 37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has become available for a permanent Band 6 Senior Audiologist depending on experience to join our friendly team. The post holder will have the opportunity to train in a specialist area within the department and the opportunity to attend funded CPD.
The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to our patients within a supportive audiology team. We are looking for an individual with experience in Audiology including working with complex patients or someone that would like to learn a specialism in an encouraging NHS department. Good communication skills are essential, as is leadership and excellent patient care attitude. You will have a MSc in Audiology or equivalent qualifications, and be registered, with the ACHS or HCPC, and have some experience working in the NHS or other Healthcare Organisation.

The post holder will work autonomously as an Audiological Scientist with adults, children and neonates, within the Audiology team. They will perform a range of specialist clinical activities including diagnostics and rehabilitation and provide an Adult Audiology service at satellite clinics and in patients homes as required.
