Qualifications

• Five years' post-qualification UK experience; broad-based finance background including structured finance, securitisation or structured debt capital markets.
• Fluency in French and experience drafting in French are essential.

• Advising on securitisations, asset-based financings and capital markets financings; distressed portfolio acquisitions and loan work-outs.
• Support financial institutions, corporates, funds and advisers on domestic and international matters with varied transactional experience.
