TSR Legal is recruiting for an Associate / Senior Associate to join its Social Housing Development team in Cardiff. The role focuses on advising housing associations, registered providers and public sector bodies on development and regeneration projects, from acquisitions to disposals.

The successful candidate will manage complex transactions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the Welsh market within a collaborative, supportive culture.

Responsibilities

• Advise on land acquisitions and site assembly.
• Support regeneration schemes and strategic land agreements.
• Assist with joint ventures, conditional contracts and development disposals.
• Collaborate with planning, construction, finance, employment and housing management teams.
