Job summary

Join Kroll, a global leader in risk and financial advisory, as a Senior Associate in Restructuring. You will support day-to-day procedures across Restructuring Advisory engagements and formal insolvency appointments, such as administrations and liquidations, with training from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree, achieving 2:1 or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' experience at a top 10 UK accountancy practice or restructuring firm.
• A relevant accounting qualification is preferred, CPI would be beneficial but not essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient and timely progression of a portfolio of Restructuring projects.
• Demonstrate organisation, ownership and proactive management of tasks.
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with senior staff on high-level decision-making.
• Assist with financial analysis; review cash flow forecasts; draft independent business reviews; assist with options analysis for distressed businesses.
• Assist with asset realisations and investigations; draft information memoranda and assist with business/asset sales.
• Prepare statutory documentation and correspondence; manage case administration and statutory compliance.
• Build professional relationships with lenders, asset agents and solicitors.
• Visit clients' premises and liaise with management and employees.
