Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an experienced solicitor to handle a varied caseload focused on residential landlord and tenant work, including service charge disputes, possession claims, forfeiture and enfranchisement. You will build strong client relationships across the North West, contribute to business development, and delegate work to junior fee earners.

Applicants should have 5+ years PQE in residential property disputes, strong technical skills, and the ability to supervise junior

• Experience of complex residential property disputes and strong technical skills.
• Able to supervise junior colleagues.
• Commercial awareness and clear written and spoken communication.

The role

You will handle a varied caseload, mainly residential landlord and tenant work, including service charge disputes, possession claims, forfeiture and enfranchisement. Clients include private, public sector and housing landlords. You will build client relationships in the North West, take part in business development and delegate work to junior fee earners.
