Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking a qualified solicitor to join its commercial disputes team. You will advise and represent clients through litigation, arbitration and ADR across national and cross-border matters.

Newly qualified candidates should have completed a commercial disputes seat; above 1 PQE with experience in complex disputes is preferred. The role requires broad contentious experience and a strong client focus, with hybrids working arrangements offered.

A large national law firm acting for businesses, public bodies and private clients.

The role

You will join a commercial disputes team working across several offices on national and cross border matters. You will advise and represent clients through litigation, arbitration and ADR. Work includes contract disputes, public law matters such as judicial review and procurement challenges, professional negligence, injunctions, reputation management and contentious insolvency. You will run your own files with partner support and help with marketing and client events.

What you will need

Qualified solicitor. Newly qualified candidates should have completed a commercial disputes seat; above 1 PQE, experience of complex commercial disputes.

Broad contentious experience and sound file management.
