LSEG in London is expanding its Rates TradeAgent Product Development team with a Senior Associate to drive new product development and adoption across the post-trade lifecycle. You will translate user needs into clear requirements and work with technology to support agile delivery.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, contribute to testing, and help shape the future of OTC rates. A background in agile, post-trade operations, and strong analysis will help you succeed in

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in product development, business analysis or post-trade roles.
• Background as BA or Product Owner in Scrum/Agile.
• Delivery-focused in middle-office or clearing environments.
• Write user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of OTC Trade Processing and trade lifecycle is a plus.
• Experience in OTC Rates is advantageous.

• Contribute to innovation and build-out of new products and services.
• Translate end-user needs into clear product requirements and specs.
• Collaborate with technology teams to support development, testing, and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders and clients to resolve queries and drive adoption.
• Support automated testing and QA across sprints.

• Produce high-quality documentation and assist with risk and issue management.
