Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is expanding its Rates TradeAgent Product Development team in London. We are hiring a Senior Associate to help shape post-trade product capabilities, delivering new services for clearing, settlement and operational workflows.

You will translate end-user needs into clear requirements, partner with technology teams, and support testing, release cycles, and client adoption in an Agile environment. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in product development, business analysis or post-trade roles.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within Scrum/Agile.
• Delivery-focused post-trade experience in financial services.
• Ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and refine backlogs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Jira, Lucid.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the innovation and build-out of new products and services.
• Translate end-user needs into clear product requirements and solution specifications.
• Work closely with technology teams to support development, testing, and release cycles.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve queries and ensure successful adoption.
• Support automated testing and quality assurance across development sprints.
• Identify opportunities to enhance current systems and shape future technology direction.
• Produce high‑quality documentation and contribute to risk and issue management.
