Job summary
TLT LLP is seeking a non-contentious Associate or Senior Associate to join its Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team, with flexible hybrid working across UK offices.
The role focuses on managing complex contracts in energy and infrastructure, supervising juniors, developing client relationships, and contributing to tenders and business development.
Ideal candidates have 2PQE+, strong communication, autonomy, and a track record in non-contentious construction projects.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor with 2PQE+ autonomy
- Experience in non-contentious and/or projects matters
- Energy/infrastructure sector exposure helpful
- Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
- Client-focused with ability to nurture relationships
- Experience supervising junior team members
- Ambition to contribute to firm growth nationally
Responsibilities
- Manage client work in infrastructure sectors on complex contracts with Partner support
- Delegate to and receive support from Associates, Trainees and Paralegals
- Develop excellent relationships across our client base
- Support the Partner team on tenders
- Participate in business development activities to grow the team and firm
- Supervise Associates, Paralegals and Trainees in their development
- Contribute to team strategic planning and BD initiatives
