Job summary

TLT LLP is recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team, based in Glasgow or Birmingham with flexible hybrid working.

The role focuses on non-contentious construction work and opportunities to progress within a growing national team, with exposure to real estate development, utilities and public sector projects across the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with SRA or Law Society registration or equivalent.
• 2–7 PQE with ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Experience in non-contentious and/or projects-related matters is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support with key mandates across non-contentious construction work with partner support.
• Delegate to and supervise Associates, Trainees and Paralegals.
• Develop excellent relationships across the client base.
• Participate in business development to strengthen the team and firm client base.
