Job summary

TLT is seeking an experienced Managing Associate for its Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team in Birmingham or Glasgow on a hybrid basis. This full-time role strengthens the national PIC practice with a focus on both contentious and non-contentious construction work.

Ideal candidates will have senior-level contentious construction experience, a solid BD record, and the ability to lead complex advisory and dispute work for high-calibre clients in energy and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 6+ years post-qualification experience in construction law.
• Senior level operation with contentious construction background.
• Strong client relationship and business development track record.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex contractual issues with partner support.
• Support energy, infrastructure, highways, and housing projects.
• Represent clients in adjudication, arbitration and Technology and Construction Court.
• Involve in post-contract advice and insolvency-related issues.
