Job description

Huntsman are delighted to be working with one of the leading project management consultancies based in central London who are searching for a Senior Project Manager or Associate Director to join a specific project in the delivery phase.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a consultancy recognised for delivering some of London’s most significant development schemes. They need someone who can step in with confidence, drive delivery, manage consultant teams, and act as a trusted member of the PM team delivering for the client.

This scheme is currently on site and is being delivered via a Tier 1 contractor. It is a landmark project and this element requires you to work closely with the developer and incoming tenants who are occupying several retail units. Candidates must be client facing and commercially astute.

Requirements

• Strong consultancy background delivering mixed use, office, large scale retail or client side experience
• Confident across the full project management lifecycle but preference of delivery.
• MRICS (ideal) or actively working toward it
• Detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams
• Understanding of JCT Contracts

Package

Base salary of up to £85,000 plus discretionary bonus. Other benefits to include Private Pension, Medical, Health Allowance, and Generous annual leave. Other benefits will be included on top.
