Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' PQE in private client law.
• Broad technical expertise across private client matters.

Responsibilities

• Managing a complex and varied caseload of private client matters.
• Advising on wills, estate planning and wealth preservation.
• Handling probate and estate administration matters, including high-value estates.
• Providing advice on trusts, trust creation and trust administration.
• Advising on inheritance tax, succession planning and asset protection.
• Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referrers and professional contacts.
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued growth of the department.
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers where appropriate.
