Job summary

PwC’s Oracle HCM team in Birmingham, UK is seeking a Senior Associate with specialist Fast Formula expertise to help clients maximise value from Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll transformation programmes.

You’ll work across advisory, implementation and transformation, designing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas and leading requirements workshops, deployment, testing and post go-live support while building your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• Proficient in Oracle Fast Formula.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Experience in Payroll configuration and testing.
• Strong requirements gathering and workshop delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a diverse team to solve complex business issues.
• Support clients in delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll transformation programmes.
• Design, develop and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas across Oracle HCM and Payroll modules.
• Conduct requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis workshops.
• Support technical design, payroll testing, training and deployment activities.
• Review your own work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders using structured, straightforward language.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the PwC network to deliver innovative Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Support post-go-live activities and resolve client issues.

PwC’s Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of our Oracle practice in Consulting. We help clients maximise the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes.

PwC is looking for Oracle HCM technical consultants with specialist Fast Formula expertise to support complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.

What your days will look like
