Job summary

PwC’s Oracle HCM team is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultant at Senior Associate level in the UK. You’ll support full lifecycle implementations from discovery through go‑live, delivering measurable client value and transformation across workforce processes.

You will collaborate with PwC’s Oracle and Workforce Transformation teams, facilitate workshops, perform fit-gap analyses and design, configure modules, and help clients adopt Oracle HCM successfully while

Qualifications

• Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
• Hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM functional experience across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance for client engagements.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is desirable: Recruiting Cloud, Talent Management Cloud, Learning Management Cloud, Payroll, Time & Labour, Help Desk, Oracle ME/Journeys and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Oracle team to solve complex business issues from strategy through execution.
• Support Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle from discovery to post go-live.
• Analyze requirements, facilitate workshops and fit-gap analyses, translating business needs into Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules and support design, data, testing and cutover activities.
• Prepare clear documentation and status updates, ensuring quality and relevance.
• Escalate risks and dependencies and support training and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation and wider Consulting teams.

About The Role

PwC’s Oracle HCM team sits at the heart of our high-growth Workforce Transformation practice within Consulting. We help clients maximize the value of their Oracle Cloud investment through advisory, implementation and transformation programmes.

We are currently looking for experienced Oracle Cloud HCM functional consultants with a strong track record of solution delivery and client impact to join our established and growing team at Senior Associate level.

What Your Days Will Look Like

• Working as part of our curious and collaborative Oracle team to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy through execution.
• Supporting Oracle Cloud HCM workstreams across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment and post go-live support.
• Analysing client requirements, facilitating workshops and fit-gap analysis, and translating business needs into practical Oracle HCM solutions.
• Configuring Oracle Cloud HCM modules and supporting functional design, data, testing, defect resolution and cutover activities.
• Preparing clear documentation, playback materials and status updates, while reviewing your work for quality, accuracy and relevance.
• Escalating risks, issues and dependencies in a timely, structured way, and supporting training and knowledge transfer to help clients adopt Oracle HCM successfully.
• Collaborating across PwC’s Oracle, Workforce Transformation and wider Consulting teams, using feedback and reflection to develop your strengths and share knowledge.

This role is for you if

Mandatory requirements

• You have full lifecycle experience of at least one Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
• You have hands-on Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management functional experience and are comfortable contributing to delivery activities across design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• You are eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance where required for client engagements.

• Visual Builder Studio and Redwood extensibility awareness
• Oracle AI Agents and emerging AI-enabled Oracle HCM capability

Demonstrable experience

• Requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
• Functional configuration of Oracle HCM modules
• HCM process design and operating model support
• Workshop preparation, facilitation support and playback documentationTest script preparation, test execution and defect management
• Training, knowledge transfer and user adoption support
• Post go-live support and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM solutions
• Project documentation, status reporting and structured stakeholder communication
• Working independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet project timelines and deliver high-quality work

Consulting capability

• You can build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and PwC colleagues across functional, technical and programme teams.
• You can communicate Oracle HCM topics in a clear, structured and business-focused way.

Desirable Qualifications And Experience

• Active Oracle Certification(s).
• Existing UK Security Clearance.
• Experience working in Government, Defence, Financial Services or other regulated environments.
• Awareness of the broader Oracle ecosystem, including ERP, EPM, SCM, Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Analytics.

• Travel within the UK and occasionally overseas may be required depending on client needs.
• Hybrid working arrangements are supported, with time split between office, home and client site.
