Qualifications

• Experience managing a litigated defender personal injury caseload.
• Background in EL/PL and Motor claims.
• Insurance litigation experience (essential).

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress a litigated defender personal injury caseload.
• Attend court and instruct Counsel on a range of matters.
• Develop case strategies and litigation plans in complex cases.
• Liaise with clients, insurers, and experts to drive results.
• Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to teamwork.
