About You

We are looking for a Senior Associate with a solid background in litigation. Someone who is accustomed to navigating complex cases, delivering exceptional service for a diverse range of clients, and offers a keen analytical mind.

Somebody who can lead a small Dispute Resolution Team, whilst running their own caseload, and has the ability to work on their own initiative and collaboratively within a team. A candidate who possesses first-class communication skills, a desire to continue their professional development, and has a firm grasp on legal advancements.

About The Role

Areas of expertise:

1. Property litigation – both commercial and residential. Commercial Lease issues, lease renewals, forfeiture and dilapidations. Disputes under the Electronic Communications Code. Boundary disputes, breach of covenants, trespass, nuisance, adverse possession, Party Wall Act matters and disputed easements.
2. Professional negligence against solicitors, architects, surveyors and others.
3. Commercial Litigation - Shareholder and Director Disputes, Commercial Agents claims, Contractual issues such as Misrepresentation and Fraud.
4. Possession both in relation to Residential and Commercial Leasehold properties and in relation to mortgage repossession mostly for bridging and commercial lenders.

Experience:

1. 6 year PQE+

Whilst the base salary will be dependent on experience and skills, it will reflect the importance of this role within the firm.
