Description

The Property Litigation Senior Associate will:

1. Advise clients on lease extension, collective enfranchisement, and RTM claims.
2. Guide landlords and leaseholders on statutory claims, rights of first refusal, and regeneration schemes.
3. Manage the strict timelines involved in statutory claims to ensure clients' interests are protected.
4. Work with a range of clients, from individual leaseholders to large property developers.
5. Provide strategic advice on property rights and asset value protection.

Profile

The Property Litigation Senior Associate should be:

1. A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE in property litigation.
2. Experienced in lease enfranchisement, collective enfranchisement, and RTM claims.
3. Familiar with statutory property claims, rights of first refusal, and regeneration laws.
4. Strong communicator, capable of managing a varied caseload with attention to detail.
5. Able to provide clear, strategic advice to both landlords and leaseholders.
