Trowers & Hamlins in Manchester is seeking a Senior Associate/Legal Director to lead leasehold enfranchisement matters within the Property Disputes Team. The role supports large landlords, investors and tenants on extensions, collective enfranchisement and RTM, with a focus on timely, commercial outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive PQE in leasehold disputes, strong client management and a proactive, commercially minded approach to complex enfranchisement projects.

Competenze

• At least 5+ years post-qualification experience from a reputable firm.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement is essential.
• Commercial awareness and ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with plain-English writing.

Mansioni

• Act for landlords and leaseholders in respect of statutory lease extensions and enfranchisement claims.
• Advise on RTM, management and enfranchisement reform.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Ensure files comply with Lexcel procedures and prepare client reports.
