You will act for landlords and leaseholders on extensions, collective enfranchisement and right to manage, handling complex matters with deadlines and a practical, commercial approach.

The role requires 5+ years PQE, strong knowledge of enfranchisement, excellent drafting and client‑facing skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years post qualification experience (PQE) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold enfranchisement.
• Drive, enthusiasm and client focus.
• Commercial awareness; ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong technical and written communication skills.
