Job summary

DWF is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our Insurance Fraud team across our UK offices, with hybrid working options. You will take the lead on complex EL/PL fraud litigation, supervise juniors, and provide strategic, technical advice to major insurers and clients.

The successful candidate will build strong client relationships, drive business development initiatives and play a key role in the ongoing growth of the Insurance Fraud practice.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EL/PL claims and related litigation.
• Proven track record of running complex caseloads with limited supervision.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Commercial acumen and ability to deliver excellent client service.
• Proactive file strategy, innovation, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on complex and high-value fraud litigation, including EL/PL claims, staged accidents, organised fraud rings and complex personal injury disputes.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development.
• Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
• Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Insurance Fraud practice.
• Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
