Job summary

DWF is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Insurance Fraud team, handling complex, high-value litigation including EL/PL claims, staged incidents, and organised fraud rings. The role involves supervising juniors, advising insurers, and contributing to strategic growth across major clients.

Based in any regional office with hybrid work, you will build strong client relationships, shape litigation strategy, and support business development while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing EL/PL or catastrophic loss claims.
• Track record of running a complex caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Commercial acumen and experience in delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead on complex and high-value fraud litigation, including EL/PL claims, staged accidents, organised fraud rings and complex personal injury disputes.
• Supervise junior team members and contribute to training and development.
• Build strong client relationships with major insurers, delivering strategic and technical advice.
• Play a key role in business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the Insurance Fraud practice.
• Engage in litigation strategy, advocacy, and trial preparation for technically challenging matters.
