Job summary

Clyde & Co in London is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Cyber Practice. You will advise on data protection, cyber risk, and technology disputes across jurisdictions, supporting readiness, response and recovery work for clients encountering data breaches.

The role requires strong litigation skills, a minimum of 5 PQE, and a proactive, collaborative approach. You will work with partners and cross-border teams on high-profile investigations and regulatory matters, helping clients navigate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 PQE in corporate/commercial or technology disputes.
• Strong litigation experience in cyber or technology disputes.
• Experience with breach response work.
• Practising solicitor with certificate.
• Training contract completed and relevant education.

Responsibilities

• Advise on Readiness, Respond and Recover cyber risk matters for clients.
• Manage data protection and technology litigation across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with partners and global cyber team on incidents and investigations.
• Direct engagement with regulators and enforcement authorities when needed.
• Develop business opportunities and maintain client relationships in cyber risk.
