Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking a Senior Associate for its Cyber Practice, supporting complex data breach and cyber risk matters across London, Manchester, Bristol and Glasgow. You will join a global team handling Readiness, Respond and Recover phases for clients including insurers and corporates.

The role requires strong litigation experience, expertise in cyber disputes, and a practising solicitor with a valid certificate. The firm values collaboration and global reach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 PQE with practising certificate.
• Experience in cyber risk, breach response and data issues.
• Strong litigation experience, including tech or media disputes.
• Qualified solicitor with Training Contract completed.
• Law degree and LPC/Degree as required.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Readiness, Respond and Recover cyber risk phases.
• Work on data protection, technology and media litigation matters.
• Lead cyber incident response, coordinate with forensics and PR.
• Manage regulatory investigations (ICO, FCA, SRA) liaison.
• Develop business opportunities for the cyber practice.
• Build relationships with vendors, brokers and intermediaries.
