Qualificações

• At least 5 PQE is desirable; PQE levels are guidance.
• Solicitors must hold a valid practicing certificate.
• Experience advising on GDPR applicability and data breaches.
• Strong background in technology and media disputes.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on Readiness, Respond and Recover phases of cyber risk.
• Coordinate EU-wide regulatory investigations from the UK.
• Lead cyber breach response, including coordinating forensics and PR.
• Manage litigation arising from cyber incidents and disputes.
• Develop business opportunities and relationships with cyber insurers and clients.
