Your new company
This Belfast-based consultancy provides services to the mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering industry, focusing on project management, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and sustainable design. This practice has a comprehensive project portfolio including landmark projects for healthcare, technology, commercial, industrial, and educational clients.

Your new role
As a Senior Electrical Lead, you will manage multidisciplinary projects, provide technical support, and mentor other Electrical Engineers. You will develop the skills and capabilities of the electrical team, supervise and train junior engineers, and contribute to the design of building services for small and large projects, collaborating closely with other team members.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Architectural Engineering/Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 6 years post-graduate electrical design experience in building services
• Chartered status or willingness to work towards it
• Experience with Revit and/or Amtech software
• Knowledge of BREEAM or familiarity with environmental assessment methods
• Familiarity with BIM
• Good understanding of CIBSE design standards
• Excellent leadership skills and a client-focused approach
• Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environments
