Job summary

Prosper Consulting, a long‑standing independent consultancy, seeks an Associate Director for Central London (Monument). You will shape strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and nurture key client relationships across heritage, residential, studios, and mixed-use sectors.

Hybrid working is offered, typically 1–2 days from home. The role calls for chartered credentials, strong BD ability, and a track record of managing complex projects in the UK built environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Construction, Real Estate, Surveying or equivalent.
• Be professionally qualified or chartered, with RICS, CIOB, APM or similar.
• 6+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally).
• Strong commercial awareness and business development acumen.
• Experience procuring and managing multidisciplinary design teams.
• Proficient at Contract Administration using the JCT suite of contracts.

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for a growing consultancy.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team and nurture key client relationships.
• Influence commercial decisions and contribute to company growth.
• Oversee a diverse project portfolio including heritage, residential and mixed-use developments.
