Prosper Consulting in London is seeking an experienced Director-level professional to lead and deliver a variety of projects without continuous supervision. You will work across industrial/logistics, prime residential, and commercial office schemes with project values from £10M to £100M.

The role requires 7+ years of hands-on delivery for a UK-based construction and property consultancy, with minimal supervision and the ability to manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a UK based Construction & Property Consultancy (essential)
• Experience in one of the listed sectors above (preferable)
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• 7+ years’ experience clearly demonstrated delivering projects

Responsibilities

• Deliver industrial/logistical, prime residential and commercial office projects
• Report weekly to the Director
• Work with minimal supervision
• Manage client relationships and progress projects to milestones
