Senior / Associate Director Building Surveyor – Commercial & Industrial
We are currently working with an expanding medium-sized project and building consultancy that brings a fresh, innovative approach to surveying. They have an exceptional tier-one client base, including leading industrial investors/developers, landed estates, and commercial property developers/managers. Established before the pandemic, they have expanded to approximately 20 people and are looking for a Senior / Associate Director level Building Surveyor to join their London office.

The Role:
The Senior / Associate Director Building Surveyor should ideally be chartered with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. The role involves overseeing project management and contracts administration of fit-out and refurbishment projects valued between £X and approximately £5 million. Additional responsibilities include technical due diligence, dilapidation surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, and development monitoring.
The focus sectors are primarily private, including industrial/warehouse, retail, student accommodation, and office sectors, with key clients across London and the Thames Valley.

Requirements:
MRICS qualification with a BSc in Building Surveying.
At least 3 years post-qualification experience managing projects, preferably within the industrial, retail, or office sectors, valued between £X and approximately £5 million.
Additional experience in technical due diligence, dilapidation surveys, pre-acquisition surveys, and development monitoring is advantageous.
