Hollis is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to lead and grow our dilapidations and technical due diligence offering across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate who combines technical excellence with client development and business growth.

You will take ownership of a high-profile service line within an established consultancy, lead on complex instructions, mentor junior surveyors, and help shape the future direction of the service region while

Qualifications

• MRICS accreditation in Building Surveying with relevant dilapidations/TDD experience.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Experience mentoring junior surveyors and APC progression.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of dilapidations and TDD instructions.
• Manage complex dilapidations instructions for landlords and tenants with commercial advice.
• Oversee technical due diligence commissions across sectors, delivering high-quality reports.
• Mentor junior surveyors and support APC progression.
• Collaborate with Building Surveying and related service lines to provide multidisciplinary solutions.
• Support business development and regional strategy.
