You'll work in a fast-paced, global, and cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with marketing partners, product, and engineering. You'll deliver features that improve the performance and efficiency of MGM's capabilities.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Support launching new product features and capabilities, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product teams, engineering teams, UX design, analytics, and local marketing).
  • Translate technical requirements into instructions and guidelines for marketing.
    Work directly with MGM engineering teams within an agile environment to break down requirements into user stories and track progress to delivery.
  • Manage projects effectively to ensure timely launches and meet all milestones.
  • Participate in all agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives) to effectively deliver the product roadmap.
  • Assist with creating presentations for executive audiences as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience working within an agile framework is necessary.
  • Proven experience solving problems through logic and a customer-focused approach in ambiguous situations.
  • Project management experience is required.
  • Strong communication skills with high accuracy, clarity, and directness.
  • Experience managing digital experiments is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and functions to achieve shared objectives.
  • Active learner with an inquisitive mind, loving challenges and stretched goals.
  • Highly analytical, capable of interpreting data into insights and driving innovation.
  • Ability to multitask, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter thriving in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment.
