Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of investment banking, private equity, or principal investing experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build complex operating models.
• Excellent research and due diligence skills with numeracy.
• Impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling, valuation, underwriting, and scenario analysis for prospective investments, developments, and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
• Prepare investment committee memoranda, executive summaries, board materials, and investor presentations.
• Manage transaction execution processes from origination through closing, including coordination of legal, financial, tax, technical, insurance, environmental, and commercial diligence workstreams.
• Participate in the structuring, negotiation, and execution of acquisitions, developments, joint ventures, forward purchase agreements, financings, and asset disposals.
• Coordinate external advisors, consultants, lenders, counterparties, and operating partners throughout transaction processes.
• Support origination activities through market mapping, relationship development, industry research, and evaluation of new investment opportunities.
