An opportunity for an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Associate/Senior Associate to join our highly successful team.
As an Associate/Senior Associate in our well-regarded Construction team, you will have the opportunity to manage a varied and interesting caseload. You will also have the opportunity to support and develop junior members of the team as well as have a clear progression pathway.

We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate non-contentious construction lawyer to join our national Construction team. The team acts for a diverse range of clients on a variety of projects across sectors including retail, energy, and finance. This role offers involvement in high-quality, complex work, providing a solid foundation in construction and engineering contracts and valuable experience.
You will be based in a supportive and friendly team, working closely with partners and other lawyers within and outside the team, providing a well-rounded perspective. You will engage in various types of work and have opportunities to develop expertise in key sectors. Although your base location will be in one of our offices, you will have the chance to work with the wider non-contentious construction team across the country.
Business development is a key part of this role, and you will be encouraged to participate in networking and marketing activities. We are highly sector and client-focused, so building relationships within the business community and understanding client needs will be integral to your role at Clarke Willmott.
It is essential that you comply with information security policies and all firm procedures.
You demonstrate talent, ambition, and a genuine interest in non-contentious construction work, with the potential to become a prominent figure in the field.
