Job summary

HF in Manchester is seeking qualified Solicitors at all levels from NQ through to Associate Partner with experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution. The role offers hybrid working arrangements and a clear path across the Dispute Resolution team.

You’ll advise clients on a broad range of disputes, manage your own caseload, and work with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic, strategic legal solutions while contributing to business development within HF.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes.
• Manage your own caseload and support on larger, complex matters.
• Develop and deliver strategic, commercially focused legal advice.
• Draft and review a variety of litigation and dispute resolution documents.
• Work closely with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
• Support matters through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to exceptional client service.
• Collaborate with colleagues across HF's Corporate and Commercial Services teams.
• Play an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.
