Job summary

SYSTEMIQ is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Sustainable Finance practice, focusing on public and development finance. You will work with governments and public finance institutions to sharpen financing strategies and mobilise capital for climate and nature priorities.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, finance, development, public policy or related field.
Typically 4+ years in strategy consulting or sovereign finance related roles.
Strong English communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support workstreams delivering advisory support on public and development finance.
Develop client-ready analyses, decks, notes and recommendations.
Manage stakeholder engagement across governments, IFIs/DFIs, donors and private sector.
Contribute to proposal development and knowledge building within Sustainable Finance.
Mentor junior team members and support a collaborative, high‑performing team culture.
