Nephila Capital Ltd. is seeking a Climate Associate to join the Climate Team in London. You will help shape new risk transfer solutions for renewables and storage markets, while supporting portfolio reporting and investor communications.

The role requires a finance-focused degree and 2+ years in financial services, with strong data analytics skills (Excel, SQL). Expect a fast-paced environment with collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, Economics or Business.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Services.
• Experience in Energy markets, Project Finance, investment banking, investor relations, or product management is a plus.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Help develop and structure new risk transfer solutions for renewable and storage markets.
• Analyze and improve key team processes, such as portfolio reporting.
• Help create and deliver the story to investors, including meetings, reports and thought leadership.
• Collaborate across the team to improve products and processes.
