Job summary

Supercritical Tech Ltd. is seeking an experienced climate advisory professional to lead defined-scope engagements, shape deliverables, and manage client relationships.

You will work with our Director of Climate Science and Policy on large engagements, becoming a go-to expert on policy and standards for corporate buyers. You will produce reports, strategy documents, and portfolio models while supporting sales efforts and mentoring junior teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering client-facing consulting, advisory or commissioned research projects
• Excellent written communication for producing reports and analyses
• Ability to translate complex science to a non-technical audience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/spreadsheets
• Ambition to lead large advisory engagements and build an advisory practice

Responsibilities

• Lead defined-scope client engagements end to end, shaping scope, proposals and delivery
• Collaborate with Director on large engagements and grow leadership responsibilities
• Become go-to expert on policy and standards landscape for corporate buyers
• Produce written deliverables: assessment reports, strategy documents, portfolio and price models
• Support sales/marketing with climate thought leadership and buyer education
• Develop relationships with CDR buyers and advise on portfolios and market insights
• Lead work of external associates and junior colleagues; receive training from Director of Climate Science and Policy
