We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Service to join our Global Liquidity & Margin Services team. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Supporting clients in addressing moderately complex operational and technical issues and ensuring requests are executed.
  2. Monitoring client inquiries, resolving non-routine issues, and escalating complex issues as needed.
  3. Participating in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.
  4. Utilizing problem-solving skills and best judgement to interpret information and to provide our clients with information related to BNY Mellon products.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  2. Experience in an operational area and/or client services.
  3. Great team player.
