Job summary

Clyde & Co seeks a Senior Associate (5+ PQE) for its Catastrophic Personal Injury and Large Loss Team in Manchester. The role involves handling high-value claims, complex investigations, and developing relationships with insurer and corporate clients.

You will support partners, manage a varied caseload, and contribute to business development in a modern, flexible environment. PQE guidance is flexible to suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• You will have experience of personal injury litigation.
• You will be adaptable to a demanding, fast-paced team environment.
• You will deliver a highly professional service to clients with SLAs and MI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Working with team members, representing insurance companies and self-insured organisations.
• Handling a varied caseload and assisting with investigations, witness statements, and medical records review.
• Reporting to clients to achieve the best outcomes and ensuring compliance with SLAs and MI requirements.
• Strategic file management, meeting court timetables, and supporting business development within the casualty group.
