• Extensive experience handling complex travel claims.
• Experience defending cross-border personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage investigations, witness statements and medical records.

Responsabilidades

• Defend travel claims on behalf of insurers and self-insured clients.
• Coordinate investigations, collect statements and medical reports.
• Liaise with clients and meet SLAs and MI requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Draft legal documents and advise clients.
