Job summary

Clyde & Co is seeking an experienced Associate for its Catastrophic Personal Injury and Large Loss team in the UK. The role involves assisting on high-value large loss files, with autonomy to work with Partners and develop client relationships.

The successful candidate will mentor junior team members and may lead lower-value cases as experience grows. The role requires experience in defendant large loss litigation or transferable claimant skills, a drive to succeed, and the ability to operate

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury litigation and large loss claims.
• Ability to manage complex caseloads and meet client SLAs.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional service and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist on high-value large loss files and motor/EL/PL indemnity cases.
• Support Partners and develop client relationships through case clinics and training.
• Draft advocacy and legal documents; handle court timetables and statements.
• Contribute to business development and servicing existing clients.
