Senior / Associate Building Surveyor, Bromley

Our client, an award-winning multi-disciplinary design, property, and construction consultancy, is seeking a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Bromley. Due to a strong pipeline of exciting projects, they require a Building Surveyor to support the increased workload in their residential team, focusing on project-based works on high-rise residential projects.

As a multi-disciplinary consultancy, they also work across the commercial, education, and housing sectors, serving both private and public clients. This provides exposure to a diverse range of projects.

Position Overview

• Undertaking a range of building surveying and project management duties, including contract administration, project-based works, employer's agent work, technical due diligence, project management, and liaising with other disciplines.
• Additional building surveying duties to be discussed as required.

Requirements

• MRICS qualification or close to achieving it.
• Degree or relevant qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience with another consultancy.
• Located locally or within commuting distance of Bromley.
• Residential project experience is ideal but not essential.
• Experience in project-based works and contract administration is desirable.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Salary: £45k - £75k (DOE - Guide only).
