Associate Building Surveyor - London (Hybrid Working)

I'm currently working with an established consultancy in the construction sector looking to identify an experienced and driven Associate Building Surveyor. Role Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:
  1. Educational Background: Degree in Building Surveying or a related technical discipline.
  2. Professional Credentials: MRICS or membership in a relevant professional body.
  3. Technical Expertise: Strong experience in Building Surveying, including project management, design, costing, and contract administration.
  4. Sector Experience: Experience in the retail and commercial sectors is highly desirable.
  5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with mobile data capture platforms and a strong understanding of elemental life costing and JCT Contracts.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent specification writing and stakeholder management abilities.
  7. Consultancy Experience: Previous experience in a consultancy environment is preferred.
