Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an ARB/RIBA registered Architect to join a well-established design practice in Stockport. This Senior Associate level role enables you to lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages, while taking commercial responsibility for fees, tenders and client relationships and helping grow the business.

You will mentor architects and technologists and shape projects from concept to completion, with a strong emphasis on high-quality delivery and leadership.

Qualifications

• ARB and RIBA registered Architect.
• Proven experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages.
• Experience leading projects, managing budgets and stakeholders.
• Mentoring others and coaching junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project delivery across all RIBA work stages.
• Take commercial responsibility: fees, tenders/frameworks and new business pipeline.
• Manage client and stakeholder relations across multiple projects.
• Oversee programme, budget and coordination; mentor team members.
