Qualifications

• RIBA Chartered Architect with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record leading complex projects from inception through to completion.
• Strong experience managing client relationships and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams on complex, high-profile commissions.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for future work.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership across all project stages.
• Mentor and develop architects and technicians within the team.
• Drive design quality, innovation, and technical excellence across deliverables.
• Oversee governance, programme, resource and financial management.
• Lead client presentations, workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Maintain best practices, design standards and continuous improvement within the practice.
• Oversee planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and approvals.
• Manage technical design packages, specifications and QA processes.
• Conduct site inspections and construction-stage support.
• Support business development, bid submissions and key client pursuits.
