Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking three full-time Senior Assistant Psychologists for a two-year fixed-term role within the Urgent Care Pathway. You will enhance psychological care for adults and older adults facing mental health crises, supporting their recovery journey through various therapeutic interventions. We're recruiting 3 full time Senior Assistant Psychologists on a 2 year fixed term contract in the Urgent Care Pathway for Adults and Older Adults.

You will support and enhance the Psychological care of adults and older adults within the Urgent Care Pathway who are undergoing a mental health crisis and require Intensive Home Treatment Intervention. You will support the journey of a service user during one of the most difficult times of an individuals mental health recovery.

• Assist in the psychological assessment of adults and older adults in mental health crisis using various measures and interviews
• Undertake protocol-based interventions with service users, family members, and carers, and assist in the formulation and delivery of care plans
• Support the coordination and running of therapeutic groups, including carer support groups, and participation groups for adults and their families
• Assist in the design and implementation of audit and research projects, including data collection, analysis, and report production
• Manage databases for psychology referrals, maintain clinical records, and support multidisciplinary meetings with administrative tasks
