An opportunity has arisen for an Application Analyst to join the Applications Team, providing user support for a range of clinical and administrative systems.

Our Digital Service teams support both London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust and The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in North West London. This role involves coordinating support across both Trusts’ systems, offering an excellent platform to expand your knowledge and experience of various systems.

The role is responsible for ensuring that clinical systems are administered, maintained, configured, and trained out to meet the Trusts' ongoing needs in both Community and Acute Services.

You will be based at Northwick Park Hospital and Hillingdon Hospital, working on a rota basis covering shifts from 08:00 to 18:30. The post holder may need to work at other sites including Ealing Hospital, Central Middlesex Hospital, and Mount Vernon Hospital.

Responsibilities include providing guidance on system access, assisting Senior Application Managers in liaising with clinical and operational staff, and supporting configuration, training, data quality, and user support tasks.

You should have a methodical approach, enthusiasm for change, and strong communication skills to interact effectively with clinical, clerical, and management staff.
